Office policy:

There is often a waiting list of people wanting appointments sooner than what is available. In order that we may more readily manage the business side of our work please understand that upon booking your first appointment you will be asked to provide the details for a valid credit card.

As well, we kindly ask a minimum of two business days notice for cancelled appointments in order to avoid a charge. You will be asked to refrain from wearing scented skin and hair products including underarm deodorant as many people are sensitive to their adverse effects and you will be asked to turn off cell phones and hand held electronic devices.
